Studio 1

Studio 1 is located on the first floor of the Mill. It is our largest studio, with a floor space around 100 square metres. In the winter months, the windows are boarded over to help preserve heat, but in the spring, summer and autumn the studio benefits from a huge amount of natural light.

Key equipment in the studio includes the following:

• Digital PreSonus PA system with 15″ cabs and a 18″ sub;
• PreSonus 16 channel digital desk;
• Roland Cube bass amplifier;
• Boss Katana guitar amplifiers;
• Range of vocal microphones;
• Yamaha U3 acoustic piano;
• Various synths and other keyboards;
• Stage lighting for events or live streams;
• A range of other recording and live streaming equipment for use on request.

There are also some hot drink making facilities available.

If you are regular users of the studio, we can also offer some shared storage facilities for your equipment. Equipment is insured and covered by CCTV. There is no charge for this service.
